Green Dragon Smoothie

What You Need:

  • 1⁄2 cup green grapes
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • 1⁄2 banana, peeled
  • 1⁄2 lime slice with the rind
  • 1-inch pineapple slice, peeled, but with the core
  • 1⁄4-inch chunk fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1-2 cups baby spinach, packed (more if you can fit it in your blender!)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

 What You Do:

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender (leave ice for last). Cover and blend on medium until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled in a cup.
  3. Store the rest in your fridge for later.
