U.S. Kids Art Contest FAQ
- Anyone living in the U.S. between the ages of 3 and 12 may enter our art contest.
- Artists ages 3-5 years old should enter the Turtle Magazine for Preschool Kids contest.
- Artists ages 5-7 years old should enter Humpty Dumpty Magazine's contest.
- Artists ages 6-12 years old should enter Jack and Jill’s contest.
- This year's theme is to create a picture showing what you see outside your window.
- The contest begins August 27, 2011, and ends March 26, 2012.
- A first-, second-, and third-place winner will be chosen for each magazine.
- First-place winners will have their art featured on the cover of their magazine.
- All winners will be featured in the pages of our magazines.
- First-, second-, and third-place winners will all receive educational and fun prizes.
- Each winner’s art department will receive a cash prize of $1,500 for first place, $1,000 for second place, and $500 for third place.
