Hey Readers!
I know sometimes it can be tough to eat healthy, but good food is the best fuel for your body, and it can make you think and perform at your best each and every day. When I was younger, I didn’t always like vegetables or salad or some of the more healthy foods. So I tried to incorporate them into my diet with foods I did like, or tried a different way of preparing them. For example, ants on a log (celery with peanut butter and raisins) is one of my favorite snacks even today.
Along with diet, exercise is another key to living healthy. Exercising can be anything from playing a game of basketball with a friend to taking your dog for a walk. I love bike rides, playing a casual game of soccer with my family, and obviously my favorite sport is gymnastics!
I challenge each of you to live the healthiest life by eating right and exercising every day because it will set you up for a happy, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.
