What You Need
- Scissors
- Toilet paper tube
- Construction paper
- Masking tape
- Markers
- Stickers
- 12” balloon
What You Do
- Cut some of the paper into confetti.
- Decorate the tube with paper, tape,
markers, and stickers.
- Cut the balloon in half. Tie a knot in
the bottom half. Throw the top away.
- Wrap the balloon around the
tube and secure with tape.
- Fill the tube with confetti.
- Hold the tube, pull the knot
back and release to launch
confetti.
