By Sandy Harvey
Art by George Sears
These no-bake treats are great at parties or for an afternoon energy snack. Ask an adult to help you.

You Will Need:
• 1 3/4 cups peanut butter
• 2 cups dry milk
• 1 1/2 cups honey
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup raisins
• Wax paper

Directions:
1. Wash your hands. Mix the peanut butter, dry milk, honey, and wheat germ together in a large bowl.
2. Add the walnuts and raisins and mix well.
3. Place the dough on a cutting board, and divide it into four balls. Knead the first ball until it is shiny.
4. Place the shiny ball of dough on a piece of wax paper (about 12 inches square). Use your hands to roll the dough into a log.
5. Wrap the log in the wax paper, twist the ends, and place it in the refrigerator. (Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining balls of dough.) Refrigerate the logs for 1 to 2 hours. Slice and enjoy!
