Leprechaun Sandwiches

These yummy sandwiches taste great by themselves or with soup! Ask an adult to help you.

You Will Need:
• 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
• 1 cup slivered almonds
• 2 stalks of celery, diced
• 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
• 3/4 cup plain yogurt
• 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• Bread

Directions:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Place the chicken, almonds, celery, pineapple, yogurt, and mayonnaise in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Spread the filling on your favorite bread for a St. Patrick’s Day feast!
