This dip is yummy! Let your adult helper cut the veggies. You do the rest.
What You Need:
• 9-by-13-inch baking dish
• Large spoon
• 2 16-ounce cans fat-free refried beans
• 16-ounce jar salsa
• 8-ounce container low-fat sour cream
• 8-ounce package low-fat shredded cheese
• 2 large tomatoes, diced
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 3 green onions, thinly sliced
• ½ cup black olives, sliced
• Tortilla chips
What You Do:
| 1. Wash your hands. | |  |

| 2. Spread the refried beans in the bottom of the baking dish. | |  |

| 3. Spread the salsa on top of the beans. | |  |
|
| 4. Smooth the sour cream over the salsa. | |  |
|
| 5. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sour cream. | |  |

| 6. Add the tomatoes, lettuce, green onions, and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips. M-m-m, good! | |  |
