What You Need:
(Makes 1 sundae)
• Tall glass
• Spoon
• ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers, plus 1 wafer for garnish
• 2/3 cup fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
• 6-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt
What You Do:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Sprinkle half of the vanilla wafer crumbs in the glass.
3. Place half of the strawberries on top of the crumbs.
4. Spoon half of the yogurt over the strawberries.
5. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4, layering the rest of the ingredients.
Now stick a vanilla wafer in the top for a garnish and enjoy!
