Tips for the Slumber Party Host or Hostess
Slumber parties are exciting and fun. If it's your party, that makes you the host if you're a boy, or the hostess if you're a girl.
The most important job of a host or hostess is to help all of your guests feel comfortable and have fun. All it takes is a little bit of planning and extra thoughtfulness.
Tips and Tricks:
• Think carefully about your guest list to avoid hurt feelings.
• Remember, that everyone likes different things. If someone doesn't want to participate in an activity, let them help in another way or simply watch.
• Spending a night away from home can be scary. One of your guests might want to go home, even if they are having fun.
• They just miss their parents. Let them know that you understand.
• Most importantly, remember that the nicer everyone is to each other, the more fun everyone will have.
