Sugar Cone Trees

You Will Need:
• Paper plates
• Sugar cones
• Butter knives
• Ready-made white frosting
• Green food coloring
• Decorations:
candy snowflakes,
M&Ms, gumdrops,
red licorice laces, etc.
• Holiday tray
• Flaked coconut

What to Do:
1. Give each person a
paper plate, a sugar cone, and a knife. Turn the sugar cone upside down on the plate.

2. Color the frosting
green by mixing in
a few drops of food coloring, or leave it white if you prefer your tree to be white.

3. Spread frosting all over the outside of your sugar cone.

4. Add the candy decorations.

5. When you’re finished, have an adult place the trees on the tray. Sprinkle coconut around them to look like snow!
